Ok, this may be confusing so i'll walk you through this.

step 1. draw an ordinary circle
step 2. Draw lines for eyes and a half circle nose
step 3. Add a big smile
step 4. Add curly gray hair, dont forget the little ponytail!
step 5. add a circle body, (shes a little on the pudgy side)
step 6. add color!
